Whether you're preparing for college on a military or civilian path, this program will push you beyond your limits and show you what you're capable of.

LCW is for current high school students, grades 9-12.

Registration is only $100 (non-refundable) and, includes meals and lodging.

How do cadets learn leadership? Here’s your chance to find out. You’ll train with cadets and certified instructors on the rappelling tower, the climbing wall, the leadership reaction course, and more during your training, developing leadership and communication skills, teamwork, and insight into cadet life. Wherever your path may take you, the leadership skills learned at Norwich will serve you well.
