During the event, two distinguished faculty members were honored for their exceptional contributions to the university. , of the David Crawford School of Engineering, received the prestigious Board of Fellows Medallion for his decades of service as an educator, mentor, and leader in engineering education. , a neuroscience expert whose research explores learning and neuroplasticity, was awarded the Board of Fellows Research and Development Faculty Prize for her scholarship and dedication to student learning. The celebration also marked the success of the Board of Fellows’ First Contact event, which welcomed over 400 new students.
