6th Annual Vermont ATHENA Leadership Awards honor two ԰ faculty members

It was an outstanding evening for Norwich, with two exceptional faculty members, Dr. Tara Kulkarni, Associate Provost for Research and Chief Research Officer, and Dr. Sarah Gallant, Assistant Professor and Interim Chair of Chemistry and Biochemistry, named finalists, and one attaining the highest honor.

Bill Lyons and Dr. Robin Saunders appointed to oversee multiple online programs

Through a competitive selection process, ԰’s College of Graduate and Continuing Studies (CGCS) has appointed Bill Lyons to oversee and facilitate cybersecurity, diplomacy, and strategic studies programs and Dr. Robin Saunders as the Cybersecurity and Information Systems Academic Director.

԰ Team Shines at NSA Sponsored Rowdy Datathon, Secures 2nd Place

Competing against eight teams, the Norwich team showcased their skills to land second in the intermediate division.

԰ continues its Todd Lecture Series with a presentation by Associate Administrator (AA) for the NASA Science Mission Directorate (SMD), Dr. Nicola “Nicky” Fox, on Friday, November 1st, at 7 p.m. in Plumley Armory.

԰ hosts its 30th annual Military Writers' Symposium and awards Mariana Budjeryn the 2024 Colby Award, making her the first woman to receive the honor.

Peace in Progress: Understanding Today, Shaping Tomorrow

԰ sends students and faculty to explore peace alongside the Vermont Council on World Affairs.

԰’s School of Architecture + Art kicks off the 2024-25 academic year with presentations on Friday, September 20, at 1 p.m. in Chaplin Hall Gallery. The series is free and open to the public.

Vice Adm. John Gumbleton participated in several outreach events at his alma mater, ԰ Sept. 18. Commander, Task Force 80 and Deputy Commander, U.S. FleeT Forces Command, Gumbleton conducted executive engagement with the President of ԰, met with the Peace and War Center, and Navy Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (NROTC) students.
